| Aitken wins at rollercoaster Road Atlanta |

|
After that Müller lost his car in lap 14 while breaking for turn two. His chief mechanic said after the race that they still don't know the reason, they never had the problem before in hundreds of practice laps before. In that way Daniel Ensch inherited the lead in front of Richard Gallatin who was always close to Ensch and was able to get by several times. After some wild off track rides Gallatin lost the following and dropped back. In lap 21 he crashed out and Aitken took the second position. From this point in the race Aitken had clearly the fastest car and he was also albe to squeeze it out to put the times together.
In lap 25 Jeffrey York opend the first round of pit stops. With a suspected pit windows of 25 to 26 laps all drivers had to pit at least two times. The pit crew of York and himself did a good job then after his stop he was able to race in the lead for three laps. Aitken came in one lap later and dropped behind York.
From then the race was all about holding positions, keeping the concentration up and bringing the results home. Sadly a lot of the other drivers had really bad problems with their setups and retired early in the race. In lap 48 Aitken came in early for the second round of stops while second placed driver York used the maximum of his fuel to race until lap 50 being already one lap down.
The next race will also be the last race of the first iamINDY.de season. Finishing on the super speedway of Michigan it will propably be a long draft race. After clearing the standings with the first of two drop weeks there are left four drivers to compete for the titile: points leader Tim Doyle followed by Indy 500 winner Sean Graham, this races winner Andrew Aitken and Jeffrey York who is the only (!) one driver to finish every race.
